At Era Financial Advisors, we've had tremendous success hosting client appreciation events, especially those geared toward our female clients. But if we're being honest, finding an event that gets the guys excited enough to mark their calendars can be a bit more challenging!
Our own Billijo was tasked with finding an experience that would be fun, relaxed, and something our male clients would genuinely enjoy attending. We'd say she hit it out of the park... literally.
Recently, a group of about 25 clients and team members joined us for a Friday night Pittsburgh Pirates game. We enjoyed the game from an exclusive area of the ballpark known as The Porch, which offered fantastic views of both the action on the field and some of Pittsburgh's most iconic landmarks.
Of course, no Era event would be complete without great food. We kept with the baseball theme and served up a classic ballpark menu featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, cookies, and plenty of conversation.
One of the most rewarding parts of these smaller events is watching connections happen naturally. Several clients discovered they already knew one another and used the evening as an opportunity to reconnect. Others spent time getting to know fellow attendees and chatting with our team. Those conversations and relationships are what make these gatherings so meaningful.
The response to this event exceeded our expectations. With a limited number of tickets available, seats filled quickly and we even had a waiting list. Because of the overwhelming interest, we're already planning to bring this event back next year with more tickets available so even more clients can join us.
To everyone who attended, thank you for making it such a memorable evening. And if you weren't able to make it this time, don't worry. We'll be back at the ballpark next season and we'd love to see you there.
